Righteous Gentiles

This is how the State of Israel describes non-Jews who risked their lives to help Jews. They actually have a secular award, a shiny metal medal, that they award.

What a bloody slap in the face. They thank you and hate you in the same breath. They appreciate your help in evading the supremacist Nazis, then label you with the most derogatory term in the Hebrew lexicon, “gentile.”

You, oh righteous one, will always be a subhuman gentile to us. You will never be one of the “chosen people” unless you prove it’s in your blood.

It’s okay for Jews to keep blood-records of genetic ancestry to validate your qualifications to be chosen, to enter prayer in a synagogue, to emigrate to Israel.

It’s insanely heinous for the Nazis to delineate their own race by the same means.
