Positive criticism slash acknowledgment of Third Reich accomplishments in culture was permitted and allowed. According to modern scholars, “honest criticism,” however, was suppressed.
This is precisely the state of modern life in America. Starting with the White House using its influence to stifle conservative media outlets by denying them access and, when that fails, outright criticism – this new standard of “trickle down” oppression has become ubiquitous.
The liberal media rule, pure and simple. Honest criticism of public policy by social conservatives is more than suppressed. It’s nuked, officially; denied all media coverage. Its voices are disparaged, harassed, and driven into obscurity.
The modern media machine is far more formidable than the woefully simple radio and newspaper technologies available to the Nazis to spread their cause. These days they have websites, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, smartphone apps, tablets, and a hundred other trendy avenues to steamroll the opposition.
The Executive Office isn’t a small cadre of assistants to the President like it was back in the Nazi era. It’s fifty “czars” each with their own bureaucracy larger than Roosevelt’s or Truman’s or Eisenhauer’s. It’s pollsters, advisers, experts, pundits; a hundred thousand people directly or indirectly on the White House payroll whose sole objective is to enforce the President’s agenda in every media outlet, every news office, every agency of the vast leviathan of our central government.
It’s a trillion dollar machine to brainwash the entire population. And it’s all paid for by its victims.
