It was the Nazi “culture mission” to improve the culture and to bring their civilization to the rest of the world. This included an appreciation for the arts, classical music, philosophy, science, and hard work.
The modern American culture mission focuses more on the “dung” part of kultursedung, as in horse dung. We export our fast food culture worldwide, obliterating native cuisines wherever we go. McDonald’s will open one new store in China every day for the next ten years and more.
We export fiscal responsibility in government, the welfare state that has driven most of Europe and the developed nation to the brink of bankruptcy. Ironically, the only country with money to loan is Germany, and naturally every European resents that.
We export whole industries that pollute entire continents for short-term profit. China, Vietnam, and Korea have no pollution controls. They just dump all their waste products into the ocean. The Pacific has humongous floating plastic islands the size of continents. Likewise for all the other oceans of the world.
We export the mindset that makes it easy for businesses, governments, engineers, and stockholders to “turn the other cheek” on how they are destroying Earth. We’re paving the golden brick road for communism, the total absence of culture.
