In America, we do the civilized thing and send them to prison. The hard time they do is really only incidental. The actual penalty is enacted against the inmates themselves.

They aren’t called “penal institutions” for nothing. They’re homosexual factories, is what they are. Cruel and unusual punishment is the regular order of business, sexual gratification sanctioned by the authorities.
Rampant homosexuality in prisons is almost as active a deterrent to criminals as the death penalty. Far more so, actually, in non-capitol offenses. Thus prisons accept it, encourage it even.
Talk about crimes against humanity. No judge in any court will ever hear a lawsuit from any inmate abused and sodomized – raped!
No lawyer will represent him either. It would be the end of their career.
