We need an Amendment taking Social Security out of reach of Congress, under any circumstances, for ever. Just put it as an add on clause to the ban on gay marriages; legalizing any immigrant in America over a week, and across the board amnesty for the Bush Administration’s role in fantasizing about Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq.
