Colin Powell Goes Turncoat on The Republicans Again

If nothing else, Colin Powell has taught Republicans that no matter how generous or kind or how grandiose the rewards or accolades, when push comes to shove every black American’s first loyalty is now and forever more not to his party or his country but to his race.

" The stupid Republicans think I'm actually one of them. NOT ! " Haha.
” The stupid Republicans think I’m actually one of them. NOT ! ” Haha.

Colin Powell has really shafted conservatives this time.  Crammed it up our wazoo.  Think cold metal shaft slithering up the lower intestines.

Naturally, the very idea of this excites Democrats; male ones at least, the older the better.  Ohhh – the prostate – the pleasure.  Double that pleasure, the agony Colin Powell’s defection brings to conservatives.  (Dare I say defecation?)

“Senator Hagel is superbly qualified to be Defense Secretary,” quoth the evil raven.

If Colin Powell’s strong support of Defense Secretary nominee Chuck Hagel isn’t a colonoscopy supreme, you don’t know hemorrhoids from cancerous polyps.  Powell is the latter, a malignant tumor festering bitter condemnation within the lower intestines of the Republican party.

Senator Hagel is on record for opposing sanctions against Iran over their nuclear enrichment activities.  He says the sanctions isolate America more than they isolate Iran.  The sanctions might actually work if Obama hadn’t given (actually renewed) 180-day waivers to China, Russia, India, Japan, Turkey and 20 more nations including most of Europe to continue buying “reduced supplies” Iranian oil.

How can you have sanctions if all of Iran’s major customers are excluded?  Why even bother?

Bet you never read about this gutting of sanctions against Iran.  Secretary Clinton authorized it on December 7, 2012.  Pearl Harbor Day, a day that will go down in infamy, again.  It was released at 6 pm on Friday after the close of  business so nobody in the news cycle caught it.  (That’s when Washington announces all the things they don’t want anybody to know about.)

Senator Hagel refused to join 88 other senators in signing a letter back in 2006 asking the European Union to designate Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist organizations.  He is often quoted as being offended by the influence of the Israeli lobby in Washington and resentful of their influence on American policy.

I suppose Hagel thinks it’s okay for Hezbollah and Hamas to each have 20,000 rockets poised to strike Israel from southern Lebanon and the Gaza, respectively.  He clearly didn’t lose a wink of sleep when Hamas unleashed their entire arsenal on Israel late last year.

As Secretary of Defense Hagel would no doubt have blocked aid to Israel that helped them build the “Iron Dome” defense system that, thank God, destroyed 95% of those rockets.

The most troubling thing about Hagel is his condemnation of any sanctions against the Revolutionary Guard in Iran.   Apparently Hagel is totally clueless about the Revolutionary Guard.  They are the backbone of Iran, the iron fist that controls every aspect of Iranian society; they ARE Iran.

The Revolutionary Guard is an elite military group of 125,000 special forces fanatics, plus the 100,000-member Basij militia, another paramilitary group.  Ahmadinejad was in the Basij militia, and his rise to power in June 2009 is believed by most experts to have been a military coup.

The Guard is much more than a group of highly-skilled soldiers.  They are a vast multi-billion dollar conglomerate with a controlling interest in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, telecommunications, farming, and road construction industries.

The Revolutionary Guard controls 1/3rd of the whole Iranian economy, including the nuclear and missile programs.  The Guard also controls all of the main charitable organizations run by leading clerics (charity is bigger in Islam than even Christianity).

Clearly Hagel will fit right in with the White House Taliban and their supreme leader Barack Hussein Obama.

Insha’Allah.
