The human “instinct” was the plentiful source of natural, positive feelings. By contrast, the Nazis considered the “intellect” as diabolical.
There’s a compelling logic to the Nazis’ mistrust of the intellect. “Intellectualizing” is a destructive habit that, we now know, is central to depression and many other mental illnesses. The patient becomes engrossed at a specific distraction to the extreme. Paranoia, for example, at being secretly observed or harassed by government agents. After months of this intellectualizing rumination – voila! – a mental breakdown.
The Homosexual Agenda
Instinct is what guides a person through the blitzkrieg of glitzy modern advertising and media-based propaganda. For example, intellectualizing the gays’ claims and basing your judgment on the number of gays in popular TV programs – you would agree with gays that roughly 25% of the population is homosexual.
If you had a whit of instinct, this would not seem at all right. You would search the web, find the U.S. census data for 2010, and discover that only 0.25% of U.S. households are gay – 1/100th of what gay activists claim.
If you had a more highly developed sense of “instinct” (or trusted yourself more), you would not be fooled by such absurd notions. If you had a stronger sense of self, you would think for yourself and not cave in to “group think” or peer pressure or the status quo all the time.
As another example, there are 1.5 million HIV-positive individuals in the U.S. There are 750,000 gay households, according to the U.S. census. That equals statistically, two HIV- positive gays per household.
“Group think” intellectualizing makes you sympathetic to the gay cause. Following your instinct and thinking for yourself, you wonder why gays are so hell bent on gay marriage rights.
Gays are already universally accepted; they’re generally quite well off – why not just sign a legal contract? Most people with any wealth at all sign prenuptial agreements anyway. What’s the big deal about official, in-the-church gay marriage?
Gay marital partners get the health care benefits due to a spouse, is the reason. Health care is extremely expensive for an HIV-positive individual; their average monthly costs are more than a heterosexual’s average annual costs on health care.
That’s when you’re young and healthy.
After a lifetime with an immune deficiency, the major diseases come early and in a major way.
The Closing of the American Mind
For a nation as well educated at Americans, we sure don’t think for ourselves. We’ve been programmed to trust advertisers, fashions, politicians – despite hundreds of purchases that did not live up to their promises; closets full of “fashionable” items that were a total waste of good money; despite thousands of politicians at every level who lie and deceive us year after year with such finesse it’s tragic.
We all struggle against this, struggle to live in realville as much as we can. We know about the deceptions and the power of advertising and strive to keep a step ahead.
This sort of media blitz had never been experienced by people in the 1920s in Germany. They were taken for all they were worth – by shrewd Jewish merchants and businessmen.
The Jews became fabulously wealthy, duping people with trick after trick, time and time again, until the poor defenseless
Germans were bankrupted, and the Jews had glommed onto all their wealth – then had the unmitigated gall to flaunt it.
Small wonder the whole wide world hated the Jews back then. Only the Germans, of all the nations on earth, were able to get in touch with their “instinct” to do something about it.
