From 1937 onward, all young German boys were required to join the “Hitler Youth.” There was a similar organization for girls.
This conjures the inevitable image of children in small khaki uniforms marching and doing military exercises and all the other things that will make them superb soldiers and stormtroopers when they grow up.
The Shameless National Debt
Here in America, we have something similar, but much more sublime. We have a system of government that spends 40% more than it takes in, shamelessly passing on this enormous debt to our own children and grandchildren.
(Actually, the debt – primarily to pay for the $1 trillion welfare state – isn’t passed on to the offspring of blacks and Hispanics because statistically they will never reach middle-class status and get a chance to pay taxes.)
Worse yet, we are cannibalizing our government from top to bottom, scavenging every department and agency (except those in the $1 trillion welfare state) to reduce costs and benefits to tax-paying citizens.
When our kids grow up, there will be no more national parks, no USDA to maintain the quality of food products, no environmental regulations (because the environment will be obliterated by strip mining and industrial pollution), no interstate highway system, no passenger trains, no vehicle safety standards, no infrastructure, period.
Our kids will have to hand over 70% of their income to pay off the national debt. The IRS will hunt them down and put them in jail if they don’t. They will be slaves to the national debt.
There will be no low-interest college loans, no jobless benefits when you get laid off, no paid maternity or sick leave, no welfare (except for blacks and Hispanics), and no GI Bill for military veterans. Social Security will be a mandatory 401K play run by the government with “administration fees” that are assigned to pay off the national debt.
There will be no bankruptcy proceedings. If you don’t pay your debts, you go to debtor’s prison, where your piddling wages pay off your debtors. Your debts will be passed on to your children and siblings.
